Meridith Zomalt
Meridith is a native Californian and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She applied her education in the corporate world where she held various positions in the Investment and Private Equity industry. Meridith’s strengths are in organization, customer service, analysis, marketing, and project management—all of which are valuable assets in the real estate business.
Meridith has been a successful full-service Realtor® since 2005, earning the added designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) which provided the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Meridith moved back to the Bay Area in 2007 and teamed up with her sister Paula Azeltine and together, Meridith and Paula have consistently been recognized as Top Producers in the Walnut Creek, Tice Valley office.
Meridith lives in Rossmoor with her amazing husband Gary and their two dogs Shadow and Nyx. In their free time they enjoy travel, community involvement, various outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, skiing, and entertaining family and friends.
Paula Azeltine
Paula is a full service, full time Realtor® who has a passion for real estate. She loves working with buyers and sellers in the East Bay, from first-time buyers to seniors. She is well acquainted with the Bay Area as a result of living and working in a number of Bay Area communities, and currently resides in Rossmoor. Spending time with her family of three children and four grandchildren are a priority for her, and she also enjoys music, gardening, golf and outdoor activities.
A “valley girl” from Stockton, Paula moved to the Bay Area after earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University at Sacramento. Paula followed her dream and long-time goal of becoming a Realtor® after many years in the corporate arena, holding various Administrative, Sales and Managerial positions. She joined the real estate industry in 2001, and found that her business experience prepared her well for the profession, with particular emphasis on customer service, planning, marketing and attention to detail.
Consistently recognized as a Top Producer in the Walnut Creek Tice Valley Office, Paula has been the recipient of various achievement awards, including President's Circle Award representing the top 7% of the company's national network. Paula is E-Pro certified through the National Board of Realtors as an expert in computer technology, and is an advocate of technology to maximize the exposure of your home on the internet.
Both Meridith and Paula are Certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) professionals, uniquely qualified to provide sellers and buyers with the information and resources needed to make informed decisions.
